This guide serves as the first touchpoint in that strategy, providing a baseline of understanding that empowers clients to move from uncertainty to informed action before the search even begins.

The layout follows the chronological path of a transaction, allowing clients to "read ahead" without becoming overwhelmed by later-stage complexities.

I focused on high-density information with low-friction design, providing enough clarity to empower the buyer while leaving the necessary space for professional guidance.
